Climate Justice and Disaster Risk Management<\/h1>

At Community Action for Health and Development (CAHED)<\/strong>, we understand that the effects of climate change are not just environmental\u2014they are social, economic, and deeply human. Why Climate Justice Matters<\/h2>

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Droughts, floods, food shortages, and extreme weather events continue to threaten livelihoods across Kenya and Africa. Yet, those who contribute the least to global emissions are often the ones most affected. Climate justice<\/strong> is about fairness\u2014making sure vulnerable communities have the resources, voice, and opportunities to cope with and respond to climate impacts.<\/p>
